FotoFlexer offers a fairly comprehensive online image editing program within, arguably, the most simple, low bandwidth-consumptive interface available in higher-end online image editing programs. By combining traditional simple editing features and filters with advanced tools like recolor, RGB or individual color curve adjustment and others, FotoFlexer lets users craft, create, adjust, improve and, ultimately transform photos and images from virtually anywhere with an Internet connection. FotoFlexer also offers an array of embellishments, fonts and other scrapbook-like effects for increased personalization and page creation.

With full integration with popular photosharing and social networking sites, FotoFlexer is a capable tool for photo hobbyists and others looking to simplify and enhance their Internet lifestyle.

Editing Features:

Though FotoFlexer offers just as many, if not more, filters and photo effects than most programs, these filters and effects often aren’t as intricate or developed as other programs like Pixlr, Photoshop Express and flauntR. Nevertheless, FotoFlexer holds its own in other areas, namely layering, animations and scrapbook-like page creation. FotoFlexer’s layering tablet, in particular, is likely the most facile and intuitive available in any online photo editing program, allowing users to quickly and painlessly duplicate, group, merge, and re-arrange at will.

Also, FotoFlexer’s advanced tools and features, namely its RGB and individual color curve adjuster and recolor tool are some of the more precise and accurate found in any online image editing program.

Import/Export:

With direct integration with popular photosharing and social networking sites, including Facebook, Flickr, MySpace, photobucket and others, FotoFlexer can be used to edit and adjust photos and save them directly to user account in other sites. Aside from opening and saving to a computer, there is little other option for importing, exporting and sharing, though, most users require little else than these two option types.

Ease of Use:

A visual history panel would be a marked benefit, but the history and undo/redo function aside, FotoFlexer is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Its low-bandwidth-consumptive multi-tab navigation is a welcome site conceit, as other sites often have to load and reload data when users move between different editing functions and features.

Help/Support:

FotoFlexer offers only a handful of avenues for technical assistance and program help. However, given FotoFlexer's overall ease of use and intuitive features and tools, a small help section might actually be a good sign.

Summary:

FotoFlexer isn’t necessarily the best online image editing program available, but it is among the best. With a back-to-basics overhaul of its filters and effects, increased options for import and export and a visual history panel, FotoFlexer is likely to be a contender for the very best.
